Missing many of the listed amenities & there IS a pet fee

They change the top fitted sheet but not the sheet under that each day. Their laundry machine must be broken because there's hair and stains on all the white sheets still. One day they changed the sheet and somehow there was human hair that wasn't mine on it. Actually that was every day but this one just stood out as a particularly long hair. Pretty low bar. I thought there would be several amenities that there weren't. There was No laundry, no breakfast, there IS an additional pet fee, office printer didn't work but they can print you something from the desk, no exercise room obviously.

Staff was friendly.
