Horrible stay

We reserved two rooms and upon arrival was told that one of the rooms would not be what we’d reserved and had one less bed than necessary. Instead a full grown adult had to sleep on a roll away bed. There were drug deals going on in the parking lot, potential prostitution —based on the people coming and going— some sort of siren going off for hours at the neighboring construction site and to put the icing on the cake... when I asked for a receipt the front desk gave me the wrong one with my name on it. When I asked about it the guy snatched it back and said I wasn’t supposed to see that and that they couldn’t give me a receipt. I give it 2/5 because even though it was overall horrible the room was pretty clean.
