Consistently bad owners here

The park is updated since the old pictures, now with turf and a separate small/large dog sides. Not too big but convenient for the city. Our problem, out of the 5/6 times we've been there, every time, owners are not paying attention to their dogs, or not removing aggressive dogs, or not intervening when their dog is being aggressive. Park is okay if you're close. If bring younger pups or kind dogs, we don't suggest it.
