Clean and good service
Deluxe Inn Fayetteville - I-95 Exit 49The woman who checked me in, Qua, gave me 2 bottles of her own water when the vending machine failed. Tub was clean and water piping hot, so had a nice bath. It’s basic, but important things are superior, including very clean rooms, large mini fridge with separate freezer, large tv, and strong wifi. Good place, I will go again

Needs a lot of work
Red Roof Inn KingslandToilet did not flush, no toilet paper holder, sink slow to drain, elevator broken, wifi and tv intermittent. Kind desk person, decent coffee and breakfast.

Adequate but smelled like a dog kennel
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kingsland/Kings BayThey at least has a full breakfast with a server, more than I could say for my subsequent hotel which tried to use Covid as an excuse for offering no breakfast. The hotel was nice, but my room literally smelled like an animal stable. Also, all the dogs decided to bark at 5 AM.

Not great
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Richmond SouthRoom was average, people at desk were friendly—but there was no breakfast, purportedly because of “Covid.” I have stayed at other places that had a server offering breakfast or, best of all, a takeout sack breakfast. It could have been fruit and yogurt. Felt like using Covid as an excuse.
