Buyer Beware

I recently stayed at this hotel. I made a reservation over the phone with a credit card. When I called a few hours later, the last night of my stay was no longer available. I checked in to the hotel @ 8:45pm. I paid and was not given an itemized receipt. When I got the receipt later, I realized I had been charged for 2 dogs instead of the 1 I brought. I asked for a wake up call for the next day at 7 which I never got. There was construction with drilling going in in the next room the whole time I stayed there. I found out later, the entire hotel staff leaves at 9pm and returns at 8 am, which explains the no wake up call. My hotel electronic keys stopped working several times. If the staff is gone when this happens, I guess you sleep in your car. The TV did not work and was mounted crookedly. The fridge was turned off. Construction dust covered my car. I tried to get the owners information from the manager, who said it is not availble. I said it must be online. There was a sign in the room that if you check out late, you’ll be charged for another night. The staff could not figure out how to work the clock radio. They day of checking out I found trash glued to the roof of my car.
