Friendly dogs and owners

So glad I found this hidden jewel! Yes, dogs need to be licensed and there is a $20 yearly fee, but I think that extra time and $ brings people who are really devoted to their dogs. Kent park is a community and the people are as nice as their 4 legged friends!
