Very Unsatisfied

I not one to complain but this was not the vacation I was expecting. I know we’re going thur a pandemic with covid19 & all .But I don’t where to start went there 2 hour before check in was told I couldn’t check in till 4 . So we found things to do till 3:30 cuz I knew everyone checks in @ 4 . So we came back to a very very long line like 2 hrs geez . Then got to the window just to find out our room isn’t ready said it could be a additional 2 hours they would call . So it’s 8 by now after driving for 5 hours & still no call 🤔. So I went in @8:30 pm when checkin is 4 pm & room was finally ready . After avoiding several dogs like pit bulls , Great Danes, & other breeds thats over 20lbs some with 5 dogs @ a time 🤔 when limit is 2 20lbs dogs . Get to the room that was filthy and disgusting . I don’t think house cleaning even cleaned . I’ve got pictures of the filth dust , bugs & roaches alive & dead. This are non smoking rooms but ashes & cigarettes butts were present on the bathroom floor & tub as well as the balcony. They was people smoking on balconies next to us & also smoking @ pool area . They didn’t have pool towels very limited. Housecleaning didn’t come & was told they don’t until you check out . I’ve been here before & it wasn’t nothing like this & had free breakfast not this time . Paid premium prices for non premium services. I should’ve left 1st day & asked for refund & disputed the charges cuz no one should settle for this . I talked with several people there & apparently it happened to others as well. The talked to management & nothing was done . I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there unless you don’t mind all the above issues plus several others not worth mentioning.
