Helped us out of a bind

Manager and staff could not have been more friendly to us and our dogs when we arrived for wedding on 10/1. We have 2 senior dogs who could not navigate stairs to 2nd floor so they contacted other guests by phone to see if they would be willing to switch rooms. They were and it was a huge relief for us. Maybe this is common practice among pet friendly hotels, but I don't think so. Many thanks for the hospitality.
