Friendly and accommodating

I liked the fact that our room was just outside where my fur baby can go to use the potty! Staff were friendly and accommodating. The only thing that was uncomfortable was that the heater doesn’t work. It blew out cold air when you even tried to bump up the temp to 80 degrees. Other than that everything was great!
