Small but works
Ramada by Wyndham BismarckMy husband and I stayed here overnight with our two medium sized dogs. It's a standard two queen room. So if your pups are medium or large and are used to sleeping with you, you might want to sleep one in each bed as it might be a bit crowded. Otherwise this works well as there are plenty of spots around to take the pups for a walk and it's right off the highway so easy to find.
Small rooms
Americas Best Value Inn & Suites BismarckIt's a clean hotel but small rooms. We had a standard queen room with two adults and two med size dogs and it was small for the four of us. The walls are thin and you hear all noise around you.
Great for a night only
Days Inn by Wyndham Grand Forks Columbia MallWe stayed here with our two medium sized dogs. There are areas round the property that are grass to take your pups to go potty. They also had dog treats at the desk for the pups. The only drawback on the room we had was the bathroom was small and we had to have our key cards rekeyed twice during our night here. But the room did have enough room for our two pups.
Great location
Century Bark ParkWe were in town visiting family and took our two dogs to the dog park. This was our first time at a dog park so where not sure what to expect of the park. We really liked the layout of the park and the fact that it has different areas for the dogs is really nice. The people that where there with their own dogs where very friendly as well. We plan to use this park when we are in the area again and highly recommend it to others.
Outstanding Hotel
La Quinta by Wyndham BismarckWonderful Hotel. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. They have bags for cleaning up after your pet available for you outside. Nice pet area. Normally our pets have issues with sounds and barking in the middle of the night when staying at other hotels. We never had an issue during our stay until morning when they heard other dogs.
Ok but not great
TownePlace Suites by Marriott Minneapolis Eden PrairieFirst off this hotel is great for small dogs in small kennels, but if traveling with two dogs that are between medium and large this hotel is going to be small. We traveled with our large kennel that fits both dogs and it took up 50% of the free floor space. There is no said spot for pet relief just any grassy area. The exhaust fan did not work in our kitchen area so if cooking please check the fan first. If you are there for more than 5days than can you have house keeping come in once to clean your room. We found out also that they do not check their parking lots at night. Parking is limited so if you get in late you might not have a place to park. One good thing was that the outside doors to the hotel did need a key card to open them.
