BC Ferry - Swartz Bay to Vancouver
Victoria Harbour Ferrytook my GSD to and from Victoria on Ferries. couldn’t leave him in the car because we were pulling a trailer and put on bottom deck. too hot! walked him to the pet area, which is hot and gross. on the way there we found a spot at railing on 4th deck and sat. that was fine. on way back there was no railing so stayed in pet area. a drag - we couldn’t enjoy the views. it is located in the middle of the ship. :-(. if you are driving in car, then you can stay in the car with your dog with windows open. that’s the way to go.

Great spot. Nice locals
Meadow Parksuper relaxed atmosphere. small creek to cool down. dog owners were very welcoming. came here thanks to a woman who met us at Canine cove and suggested it as an alternative spot after my dog got anxious. great choice
