Funky boutique hotel in great downtown location

Nice boutique hotel easily accessible to the river front area and providence place mall. Short walk (100-150 yards) to a park where you can walk dogs on leash. Only challenge was the elevator. Very small with manually operated doors that didn’t stay open on their own. We chose to take the stairs instead.
