Wonderful!
White BirchThis was a perfect home for us. Close to Lake Michigan, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Betsie river fishing, Platte river, Crystal lake and much more. The house was nicely furnished with new appliances and everything was clean. Manager was accessible by phone and offered to come out if we were to have any issues. It was nice having a washer and dryer. We went home with all our laundry clean! Our little Yorkie, Delilah, loved having wide open spaces inside and outside for playing and she especially liked the pet bed and blankets (she told me so🤣). Lots of added touches! Hope to stay at White Birch again next year. It did end up costing us a little extra (once home) because we just had to have some Zwillin/Henkel knives and Ninja cookware like the ones supplied at the house.

Clean bed
Quality Inn Springboro WestThe bed was clean, the toilet was not. This was our second (and last) stay at this hotel for our half-way stop going home from our yearly fishing trip. Last year was ok. This year was not. First thing was feces very visibly on the toilet seat. I did not complain to the clerk who checked us in as I could not understand him and he was talking on the phone with someone in another language the entire time he was tending to our check in. I just cleaned it myself with supplies I had in my car. There was a woman sitting on the steps smoking at the outside of the door we were to take our dog out to relieve herself. This lady was there every time we went out except for the early morning potty break. I did not see any "no smoking signs" so I didn't say anything to her. Breakfast? Hotel waffle iron looked horrid. But the bed was clean.

Just what we needed
Comfort Inn BlufftonRoom was clean and conveniently located. Area was laid back and not overly populated. Breakfast was good. Our Yorkie was warmly welcomed. We were hoping to use the indoor pool but the water was a bit too cool. All in all it was a good stay, perfectly located halfway from home to our Michigan vacation destination.
