Very Friendly and convenient

The staff was very friendly but there was no doubt the room was for pets because the smell was strong in the room. After mentioned they offered us to switch rooms but we were too exhausted to move all our luggage. The room had a sliding door that led to a grass area for dogs that also provided a doggie bag and trash station so you don't have to throw anything away in your room. Room was a good size but bathroom had some hair in the bathroom. Overall a basic pet hotel and considering the price and location, a good deal.

Above and Beyond Great!

Sonesta Simply Suites Seattle Renton

This hotel went above and beyond my expectations for a hotel that allowed pets! They picked up our 6 bags and 2 dogs in crates upon request at the airport and were continuously eager to help. A super friendly and helpful staff was just what we needed after a long and stressful trip. Then to walk into this amazing mini suit with a fully stocked kitchen and extra seating area was perfect. The whole room and hotel was very clean! We will 100% be back and will recommend to anyone here in the Seattle! Thank you all very much for all your accommodations and hospitality!
