Basic place to rest your paws
Motel 6 Hagerstown MDI was road weary and looking for a safe, inexpensive place for my dog and I to rest for the night. This certainly fit the bill! My only issue was that the smell of the air freshener or cleaning products was so strong that it made it difficult to fall asleep! There were several small grassy areas for my dog to do her business.

Shaded patio, good food!
Chef ShackOrder inside, sit outside on shaded patio with adjacent brewery. Awesome cod sandwich, fries were delicious! Just a heads up— it’s on a main drag that lots of motorcycles use. If your dog is spooked by loud noises, you might want to pass on this.

Great location, very clean!
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lexington South / HamburgGot a great rate on BringFido. Hotel was either brand new or very recently updated. Several other dogs were staying there, too, and even a bird. Green space not too far from the front entrance for the dogs. Lacy loved having her own queen bed! Great experience!
