Beautiful Location
Breaux VineyardsThis was a stunning location and winery. They have a huge outside area where your pup can join you with plenty of seating!

Beautiful Location
Wolf Gap Vineyard and WineryWe stopped here on our road trip since it wasn’t far off of Route 81. It was beautiful and dogs were allowed under the pole barn bar.

Cool Spot
Bayfront Park and MarinaJust stopped by here on the way home. It was a cool spot. It was a short, but nice walk around the marina. There is a couple of small beach areas for the pups to swim. I wouldn’t want to swim there due to the large rocks and seaweed, but our two dogs loved it. It was exactly what we hoped for, a walk for the dogs and a quick dip in the water for them to cool off. There is also a giant statute of the iconic kiss “Unconditional Surrender”, which was great for a photo.

Our dogs loved it!
Bowman's Beach ParkWe just visited Bowman’s Beach with our three dogs and they loved it. It was beautiful blue water, great temperature. We just adopted a 6 month old puppy, so we wanted a leashed dog beach. We ended up not even seeing any other dogs, which is exactly what we hoped for. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, about .25 miles. We chose to walk even further to get away from as many people as we could. Once you walk over the bridge, you have four different paths to choose from. We went right and used the nature trail. We went down to the third beach opening, which was perfect, because we had no one around us. Most people don’t want to walk that far, but it was great for us! There is a $6 fee to get on Sanibel Island and it is $5 an hour to park, but definitely worth it!

Great Location
Hooked Island GrillWe just took our three dogs here last night for dinner. The patio area is small, but luckily for us the thunderstorm kept people away long enough for us to the get a table. I read they have a dog menu, but our server told us they no longer had one, but they could still do hotdogs, burger patties, or grilled chicken. We chose the burger patties and they brought them out in dog bowls for the pups. They even had water bowls for us to use. They had live music and it wasn’t too loud like some places are. It is right on the water, so a beautiful view!
