Life Saver

The staff at BringFido is awesome. I recently used them to book my hotel that had a cancellation fee. My trip was hampered by injuries to my wife. I called them and expected to be be told I had to pay cancellation fees but the agent took the time to call the hotel directly found a very understanding person who canceled the reservation without a fee. 5stars to the agent for going the extra mile.
