My me is Sarah, and I like to take small road trips in through the Midwest with my 15 pound Chihuahua mix named Zoe. We are a big fan of state parks, outdoor activities, outside patios to eat and drink a few beers.

A great way to spend a hour.
Wheel Fun RentalsWe (my husband and I), and our little pupper Zoe rented a paddle boat for a hour. We had a great time, we just did the smaller side of the canal, bit if the weather would have been a little cooler (it was 90+), we would have rented for two hours and did the whole canal. Lot's of laughter, trying to paddle the boat at the same speed, and steer it but weade it out alive. My husband is 6"6' and he was about at height maximum to be able to paddle the boat comfortably. It would be five bones, but I do feel $38 for a hour is a little pricey (maybe if it was a charge by person), but for a family of 4 it would be a good deal.

Beautiful
Bridgeton MillOn a short road trip from St. Louis to Indianapolis we stopped here, it is a beautiful place to get out and stretch your legs if you are taking the scenic route. Delicious ice cream, and a cute little store (no dogs inside the store), they also have a bakery bit it wasn't open when we stopped by.
