Pet friendly?

This particular La Quinta was the worst I've stayed in. They put us on the 3rd floor with 2 dogs. The elevators were creaky and wobbly. The room was dirty. The door was not very secure. The hotel itself was extremely difficult to find. Breakfast was a joke. When we arrived there was a group of construction workers at the end of the building who were partying, drinking and cursing. Front desk staff not very friendly. Didn't feel safe, especially after one of the front desk personnel said she had to wait for a male coworker to go with her to check empty rooms...said he was her bodyguard. I would never stay here again.
