It is what it is

The couch and floor was absolutely disgusting. They want you to sign for an extra cleaning service if you have a dog but the room is disgusting. The bed sheets looked clean but the living room was off limits. The shower took 5-6 minutes to get warm, the tv remotes didn’t work. I guess this is what is expected when you try and sleep somewhere with your dog. Also our key stopped working within 8 hours and had to get it reactivated. It was an inconvenience because the dogs had to stay outside while I went to fix the issue so we could bring them in.
