Dog friendly
Fish TalesWe took our two pups here in their stroller. The staff let us use the elevator to get the stroller up to the covered patio. It’s a big nice covered area on 2nd floor overlooking the pleasure pier and beach. Nice breeze, we had multiple staff bring and offer water to our dogs. Or food was delicious!! It took a while but you’re on island time here so expect no rushing. We were offered an inside table in the a/c by a bar tender who had loved dogs, but we choose outdoors for the view.
Dog friendly!
Beach Front Deck Bar & GrillWe brought our pups here. We had our dogs in a stroller and there is no ramp, only large stair case with lots of stairs. Had to pick up stroller and carry up all the stairs. Deck is nice and right on beach. Great views of beach and ocean. Deck is covered with big triangle shades that create good shade but not totally out of sun for all of table. Server was nice did a good job. Fish po boy was good. Husband liked his blackened fish and kids liked the loaded Philly cheese steak fries. FYI their water is awful tasting. Must be the city water, but the ice melts fast in your drink making it taste bad quick!
Dog friendly!
Stuttgarden Tavern on the StrandWhen we arrived we the big sign on first floor outdoor patio saying dog friendly, then another sign in a glass case by doors stating 1st floor patio was pet friendly. Went inside to find a sign saying 1st floor was closed but 2nd and 3rd floors were open. I found a staff behind the bar and questioned if we could take our pets up. Yes! 2nd or 3rd floor patios allowed dogs. We used the elevator to get to the 2nd floor patio since our dogs were in a stroller. On patio there was a dog bowl for use, we had our own travel ones, but nice to see available. We thoroughly enjoyed a delicious meal, for sure the huge soft pretzel to dip in Gouda fondue, beef stroganoff, prime steak au jus and Mac n cheese were our families faves, all delicious!! Other families with dogs also came to 2nd floor patio. Great breeze, shade and nice views of historic downtown and people watching. Very nice enjoyable dining with dogs experience!
Dog friendly for sure!
Seahorse Bar & GrillLarge covered deck over looking the beach and ocean. When you first walk to hostess stand there’s a smaller side of the deck, but other side is very large, big groups and lots of table seating. Lots of nice shade from sun. When we first arrived there were at least 5 other tables with dogs. All sizes and kinds were seen, they gave water and bowl for our pups. We had our dogs in their stroller and were able to wheel the stroller right up their ramp instead of carrying up stairs like at other restaurants near here. Service was good, kind staff and decent food. The coconut shrimp was extra yummy! Hot & crispy!
