Where to begin? Reserved a king suite, got a queen. In these COVID times expected a very clean room, it was not. Hair in shower, dirty mirror in bath. Claimed to have breakfast, nope. Claimed to have showtime, nope. Breakfast and or showtime are not a deal breaker BUT to lie is not acceptable. I do expect a clean room and what I paid for.
