Not Great

This is an old property and not especially well maintained. We chose this location due to its proximity to Amerant Bank Arena. To start with, the grass hadn't been cut and my dogs don't like that. The front desk clerk was vague about the best place to take them for potty breaks. We had 2 rooms; the key had to be re-programmed twice for one of the rooms! The shower drain didn't work in one room; the sink was slow in the other. There were no knives at breakfast. The explanation? New management!!
