SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western JacksonThe staff were very friendly. The room was dirty, mold in shower. No place to walk our dog. Area is concerning.

Not sure who to blame
Holiday Inn Express Le Roy IL an IHG HotelMade reservations through BringFido app. Thank God for confirmation email because Holiday Inn decided to charge an additional $122 for using a “third party” booking. It took 45 minutes to remove charge. Not sure I will ever book another Holiday Inn room since they claim it was a charge made by corporate office.
