  Amazing dog park

  Visited twice while I was visiting the area. Never been to as nice a park and I’ve visited dog parks across the US and much of Canada. Beautifully cared for, mostly grass, and the pools are exactly that -pools! Concrete edges and bottom, no mud, and kept meticulously clean. The people and dogs I met were all welcoming. There is a gazebo with seating and a ceiling fan, and a cold water dog bath area (including a raised tub and sprayer) just outside the fence. Truly amazing.

  Our dogs love the agility course & love to cool off in the swimming areas!

  I LOVE this dog park!

  I'm biased. I moved here over a year ago. I thought my old dog park was the best until I started coming here. Yes, I love the dogs but it's the people that make park wonderful! I saw people volunteering their time to take care of the park. The friendliness of the local citizens is heartwarming. The laughter coming from the park lifts you up. And watching the dogs play and come in for scratches is a bonus.

  Come in, makes new friends, and get some fuzz therapy.

  My dogs had a great time. No weird lady!

  we stopped in with our two golden doodles. We were in town for two weeks. I admit the prior reviews had me nervous to go, but needed a place to play. when we arrived there was a lady with a German shepherd, anther lady with a border collie mix and a smaller dog. all the dogs got along fine. this was Feb 3 2023. the lady was nice. said there is a morning group and an afternoon group that are regulars. the park has a place for dogs to swim. didn’t think mine would jump in with 40 degree temps, but they did. ran around and had a great time. they have a dog wash there also but I didn’t use it. there are 2 separate dog parks from what I saw. I would give it a try. we had no issues other than dirty dogs.

  Beautiful Setting

  Awesome park with beautiful views. Plenty of water available for drinking and swimming, even a dog wash station. Agility area and large and small fenced areas for the puppers, everything you need for a great time with your dog!

  ANGRY OLD WOMAN RULES THE ROOST WITH LARGE POLE to beat dogs

  Never take your dog here. The angry old woman that takes pictures of vehicles, plates, dogs, and people also brings a long pole to attack dogs with if she doesn't like the look of your dog. She called the police after attacking my dog and several others and had the sheriff remove us. We didn't think it was possible because the only person who did something wrong was the angry old woman. Contacted owners who didn't care. She is allowed to ruin the community with the owners support. Don't bother stopping.

  HORRIBLE

  we took our dogs to this park to mate, there wasn't any other dogs around. This old onery woman told us we couldn't be there. If dogs can't mate you should have signs posted. We ARE NOT THREATENED BY YOUR picture taking but post DO's and DON'T's so dog owners know what is allowed. If you really are the director/owner you should know what could happen at your park

  Just returned from taking our new dog to the Animal Friends Dog Park. It was a fabulous experience. Both my dog and I loved it! Beautifully maintained, excellent features...thank you for this great attraction in Brenham!
