Sue-meg State Park

Previously known as Patrick's Point, Sue-meg State Park is a one-square-mile area that is home to pet-friendly campgrounds and day-use areas in Trinidad, CA. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed to join you on the beaches or trails, but you and Fido can enjoy a picnic with views of the surrounding lush forest and wildlife. Pets must remain on a six-foot leash during their visit. Visit Website

    Not dog friendly.

The park allows dogs but I was extremely disappointed when we got there and they told me dogs are only allowed in campsites and paved trails. Which means there is no walking through the forest with your best bud.
