Travelers' Rest State Park in Lolo, MT, is pet friendly. After a discovery by archaeologists of the Lewis and Clarke's expedition campground, this area has become the only camping spot along the route with actual physical evidence of them passing through. Dogs are welcome to join their owners throughout the park on a leash, as long as all mess is cleaned up after them.
