    Ash Cave

    The Ash Cave hiking trails are a pet-friendly attraction in South Bloomingville, OH. The terrain is varied, but experienced pooch hikers won’t have much trouble with the relatively short hikes, both only a half mile in length. The low trail is handicap accessible. Ash Cave itself is the largest recess cave east of the Mississippi and flows into a runoff waterfall. Visit Website

      Ash Cave

      Ash Cave has a handicapped accessible trail to the Cave itself. There is a trail that involves stairs. That trail takes you to the top of the Cave for a better view. My husky had a fit, she didn't want to walk up the stairs, and then later on back down the stairs. She had to be carried. We thoroughly enjoyed the ancient Cave.

      Great Place Very Dog Friendly!!!

      We went today for the first time and my dogs loved it! I was so excited to see it was extremely dog friendly! Loved it and we’ll definitely be back!
