Beach of Bon Caponet
The Beach Of Bon Caponet in L'Ametlla de Mar is dog-friendly. This is the first beach in the province of Tarragona that allows your pooch to join you. The beach is mainly stony, but there are some sandy sections in this cove area too. There's even a dog shower to clean Fido off when they're grubby from all the fun of the beach.

Ok little cove with small pebbly beach and larger rocky water access. Nothing there by way of amenities but ok for a swim with the dogs.
