    Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad

    The Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad in Garibaldi, OR is pet friendly. Passengers bringing their dogs along for the ride are asked to sit in the open-top section of the train. The train is a 46-mile stretch of track between the Tillamook Airport and the railroad siding of Enright. Pets ride for free! You can catch the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad from the Garibaldi Train Depot at 306 American Avenue in Garibaldi; the Rockaway Beach Depot at 125 Oregon Coast Hwy in Rockaway Beach; or the Wheeler Depot at 580 Marine Drive in Wheeler.       Beautiful scenic route

      Such a fun ride down the coast! my dog loved it too!

      Pleasant surprise!!

      this train ride was a hidden gem! We just happened to watch it go by as we were enjoying our coffees at Rockaway roasters and thought “that’s pretty cool!” We were so pleasantly surprised that the next tour was in only 20 mins, under $30 pp, and allowed our pups aboard! the staff were great and even gave our girls some treats. highly recommend!

      Great activity!

      We had a great time. The staff is really dog friendly and even had treats at the ticket booth. You should know that the train whistle and bells are really loud and might be startling to some dogs.
