  Best dog friendly WI State Park

  a lot of state parks in Wisconsin have very small areas that allow dogs. Kohler-Andrea has a huge section of the park that allows furry friends

  Favorite Dog-Friendly Beach and Campground

  We discovered this beach/campground after first stopping at the nearby Harrington State Park and finding it a little disappointing. We decided to continue on the next park, and we’re glad we did! Kohler-Andrae has a beautiful dog beach and wooded areas. The campground is full of pines and birch and high on the dunes above scenic wetlands. We were so impressed that we went back two more times this year! Our dog loves it too!

  Nice even on hot day

  took two dogs to park and both loved walking the beach. I would encourage parking by nature center as some areas not dog friendly.

  Great dog beach

  We absolutely loved the dog beach and the board walk was beautiful as well! Not a whole ton of room for passing and must be on leash, so if you have a leash reactive dog just keep that in mind!
