  Name of location is just “City Park”

  This is NOT the best park in Liberty for dogs as there is no off-leash area here. I would recommend going to the Dog Park at Stocksdale Park which is about 5 minutes east of here. Stocksdale Park has a 3-acre off leash dog park.

  Pepper loves it

  We come almost every day in summer. And a few times a month on the other months. Our dog loves it! She runs, plays, chases balls, and occassionally hangs by herself. This is a great off leash park.

  There is in fact a 3 acre dog park here.

  Why bother?

  "Dog park" means fenced-in and no leashes. An on-leash park is practically ANY park anywhere. This doesn't belong on this site.

  not dog friendly

  If they have to be on a leash the park isn't "dog friendly". Not going to waste my dogs time.
