      there is no dog park here sign specifically states dogs prohibited!!!!

      Dogs are prohibited at this beach state park!!! Do not waste your time..

      No fence

      First trip this year (6/12/05) and the fence is no longer dividing the beach. We arrived early in the morning and still let my dog swim. Only a couple other people at the other end of the beach.

      Nice Large Beach

      They fully committed to this beach - took half the human beach area and divided it with a fence. There is plenty of open space for you and your dog to enjoy. It also shares an area where boats come in and beach. Only downside is it has no shade so bring an umbrella.
