Grasslands Regional Park

Grasslands Regional Park is a pet-friendly park in Davis, CA. The park provides 320 acres of natural habitat rare species and now has a brand new dog park and pet-friendly trail to explore. The new trail system is a working landscape with views of upland grasses and native wildflowers. Don’t forget to keep your dog on a leash while on the trail, as sheep who help manage the grasslands can be skittish. Dogs can play off-leash at the 10-acre fenced park that runs adjacent to the trail. Grasslands Regional Park is open every day of the week from sunrise to sunset. Visit Website

    Nice open clean place

very nice country vibe- sheep - wild life and plenty of room for the dog to run and enjoy their life. they even have the sheep come in as lawn mowers to keep the grass down. people kept talking about foxtails but I didn’t see anything? the port-a potty was very clean. there isn’t running water here but it seems the dog owners all chip in and keep the jugs full. for sure coming back as it’s a short drive from sacramento with plenty of off and on street parking
