Typical for Brewer. If it isn't tax or trash Brewer could care less.

Not all fenced in.
this is not all fenced in and dogs have to be leashed. That would explain why there were no dogs there. Only children on the playground???

Fencing & Not Off-Leash
Not a bad place to take your dog for a walk but this park is not completely fenced in - there are many openings. We were also told that we could not let the dog off the leash (city ordinance)
