D.A.R. State Forest
The D.A.R. State Forest, named after the Daughters of the American Revolution, is a small, wooded area with an entry point in Askov, MN. Though there are no designated trail markers, you and Fido can spend the day exploring its natural beauty and wildlife. For overnight stays, visitors can lodge at nearby Banning State Park or Nemadji and General Andrews state forests.
