The Sun, The Sea and Daisy makes Three
As if she were coming home again from far far away, My little Daisy longs for summer and the warm days when she can swim in the ocean and soak up the sun.
You see, My little Daisy and the ocean have a very special connection.
Born in Puerto Rico, She and her Brother spent the first weeks of their life alone and unwanted, with the ocean's crashing waves and the Sun above as their only comfort. They were saved at the age of 2 months, suffering the pain of starvation and abuse of unkind people who would come upon them.
But Vivian, an animal resque member of the Sato organization found them and took them into her home to care for. Vivian blessed the two of them with their first names, My Daisy's first name was "Marjani" meaning "Near the Ocean" In spanish, her brother was "Mauricio".
Once healthy and strong, Marjani (Daisy) Took the long, long flight to MA where we were so lucky to find her and bring her into our home. Here she has 2 new "brothers and sisters" and lives a life of a Dog's dreams, lots of food, toys and goodies.
But best of all, she has a beach of her own just across the street, where she can remember her days spent with her brother and swimming in the sea.
