The main goal of this event is Animal Rescue awareness and adoption and we are respectfully asking for your participation in this year’s event. There is no fee to rescues and a minimal fee to vendors to participate in this year’s event. Animal rescue is a common passion we share and we hope you can participate in this community based event. If you know if any other rescues or vendors that maybe interested in attending, please feel free to forward this email. Slots are on a first come first serve basis, I cannot hold your slot until the attached place holder and participation agreements are returned back to me. On the placeholder form you will also find a sponsorship field, this is optional but any funds raised to support this event are appreciated. v With a donation of $50.00 your name/ business name will be listed on the event shirts. With a donation of $100.00 your name will be listed on a banner at the event as well as listed on the event shirts. Donation: Vendors and Rescues are also encouraged to provide a raffle prize to be raffled off during the day of this event. 100% of proceeds from this event will go to animal rescue and spaying and neutering of strays and ferals
