Help That Fish Place – That Pet Place in welcoming the Pibbles & More Animal Rescue for a friendly Meet and Greet! On June 13th, from 11am to 3pm, members of their organization and their dogs will be visiting our retail store with information about their great foster and adoption dog rescue. Based in Queens, New York, Pibbles & More Animal Rescue (PMAR) is a non-profit organization that seeks to rescue dogs from kill shelters by placing them in foster homes until their permanent homes can be found. PMAR works with all types of dog breeds, and also helps nurse dogs in poor health back to fit condition before foster and adoption. Their mission is to reduce pet overpopulation through spay and neuter intervention and educating the public about responsible pet ownership through adoption of pets as opposed to purchase. Their dedicated staff of volunteers strives to give dogs a second chance at life and to know what loves feels like. Don't miss out on this great opportunity to meet with a great pet friendly organization! PMAR representatives will be at our retail store from 11am to 3pm on June 13. They will have information about their foster and adoption process. Donations are welcome and are tax deductible. Please note dogs that are present on that date are candidates for adoption but may not be adopted on that day.
