Mutt Madness is sure to be fun for the entire family both humans and dogs.
This year marks the 15th year that the Humane Society of Charles County (HSCC) will hold an outdoor event in the fall geared towards our pets. The all new “Mutt Madness at the Fairgrounds” event will feature:
