Bring your well behaved dog and join us in the parking lot of the Wine Bin in Historic Old Ellicott City for an evening of wine, music, and fun! Enjoy the fabulous jazz sounds of MOR and tasty wines, beers, sangrias and snacks provided by The Wine Bin! All proceeds benefit Canine Humane Network!
