When you want to really spoil your dog, or just meet other dog owners who are as crazy about their pets as you, there’s no better place to bring Fido than a dog event. Attend any of the dog shows, agility competitions, costume parades, festivals or fundraisers on our Dog Events Calendar and you’ll meet, hundreds maybe even thousands, of dog lovers. And since 70% of the events listed benefit humane societies, attending one is a great way to help homeless pets too.

Dog Mother's Day at Wheeler Historic Farm In honor of National Dog Moms Day, Wheeler Historic Farm is celebrating with this fun event! Bring your pup to the farm for a treat, crafts, and a wagon ride! Enjoy a selection of photo opportunities to capture the perfect picture of your pup with the farm as the background. Your pup can run around the off-leash area, and take home a keepsake made by your pup with love.

This event is open by pre-Registration only, Mom & Pup cost $15, which includes everything listed above, the charge per extra person is $8 which includes a pastry, beverage and wagon ride.

EVENT RULES: Dogs must be well-behaved and well-socialized. Dogs must have current vaccinations. One dog per adult handler. Stoop and Scoop rules apply; please come prepared with your own bags. Dogs must remain on a leash at all times. No retractable leashes please.

You must register from a desktop computer. DO NOT use a cell phone.

Pet Friendly Downtown Mooresville Street Fair
Downtown Mooresville Street Fair Bring your pup with you for a day of fun! The festival will feature a wide variety of vendors, live music, food trucks, shopping and a bounce house for the kids. Located at Indiana and East Main Street, next to Bicentennial Park, this is a great opportunity to get out and enjoy a day in Mooresville. Mother's Day Walk for Peace Leashed dogs are welcome at this beloved 28-year-long Boston tradition and celebration of the potential to create more peaceful communities. It is the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute’s (LDBPI) largest fundraising event to grow and sustain services, advocacy, and training. Louis D. Seymour Main Street City Jam Summer Concert Series Leashed dogs are welcome to join you at this fun summer concert series! Enjoy live music by a variety of artists on select Thursday evenings this summer. Concerts will take place outdoors. Food will be available for purchase beginning at 6:00 PM and the music will start at 6:30 PM. Remember to bring blankets or lawn chairs to sit on.
