The best part of this stay was the kind man at the check in desk. There were so many dogs at this hotel my dog never settled and there was so much dog feces left unattended on the grounds it was hard to walk. Moreover, I am pretty sure this was either a drug rehab halfway house or temporary housing for the unhoused. It seemed like there were a lot of long term residents. I did not feel comfortable staying here at all with my child. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, there weren't any blankets, just sheets-which were gritty. We couldn't walk between our room and car without a cloud of cigarette smoke, barking dogs, rude stares and a few cat calls.

The floor was so dirty, I don’t think they even know when the last time an employee mopped the rooms- so gross!
The cost was comparable to nice hotels at $94 after taxes, ridiculous for what you get here.
Poor customer service, the clerk didn’t tell me where my room was or where to get ice, she just said “here is your key”
The area is pretty shady and it seems to be a hang out for drug users. People were going in and out of the parking lot all night.
The bed was very uncomfortable.

Upon arrival at the hotel at 10pm, tired and ready for bed, we were told that our room was given away. They said card did not work so they cancelled it. Card was working just fine right before. They tried to charge more for a room and told is we could not check in till after the shift change. After standing there 10 minutes, we left. Same card worked just fine at La Quinta down the road with no call to the credit card company... It was an error on their part.

This was a great Motel 6! It was very clean. The bed was pretty comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that for what you get at Motel 6 it was kind of a price gouge. It was the Fourth of July so I guess one can’t expect reasonable. It was $100, but I would definitely stay there again!
