The location was close to dining and shopping if you'd need it. The property is also only a couple blocks from the Snake River Canyon and a few minutes from Shoshone Falls. Craters of the Moon National Park is up the road an hour and a half. It is lovely. However, the toilet seemed to be leaking at the base and towels placed to clean of the floor had a dingy quality to them. The laminate squelched underfoot. I would recommend against this location for that reason alone.

Room was very small, but clean. There was no AC. Staff was friendly. Our room had clearly been renovated and the rest seemed to be in the process. The windows, however were filthy. There was plenty of green space that was well kept for pet relief.

They are updating the rooms with new beds, bathroom/shower fixtures, and flooring. The parking lot lighting is very bright/good. Unfortunately, the room’s heating system was turned on when we entered the room and we couldn’t get the room to cool down (turned thermostat down, opened window for an hour, turned fan on with no significant relief).

The room was very small with 2 queens beds. No wall plugs next to the bed to be able to plug in a Cpap Machine. It is OK for a one night stay, but wouldn't stay any longer.

Not much for amenities as we all know about Motel 6. The plus is there is no pet fee. Being a lower cost accommodation, it attracts a clientele sometimes that didn’t learn much about motel etiquette growing up. Pounding floors (our ceiling) and loud laughter until WAY after 2am is not a fault of the motel. All in all, a reasonable place for an overnight at a reasonable price.

Put us on second floor with two dogs, bathroom sink sprayed all over us, air conditioning not running well in 95 degrees heat, no kleenex. We are seniors with one of us having heart problems & Copd. Charged us extra 40 that was not mentioned when we paid before we got there! Hopefully refunded.

This is an older motel but was clean. On a busy road so not as quiet. Small area for dog close by.

Motel 6’s no pet fee policy is great in the world of holds on your card for the dog. This place has a strip of grass for pets and was relatively quiet/clean. No special treats for the pup but if I find myself in Idaho again, I would keep this place in mind.

WORST customer service EVER! My disabled husband had to carry our senior German shepherd with hip problems up a flight of stairs. We were traveling and it was storming or I would have just wasted the 90$ that we paid to stay there, and go somewhere else! The lady checking me in was obviously bothered by my request for a lower level room or that I asked her to repeat herself when she was talking so fast I couldn't understand her. The room was clean but definatly don't expect shampoo, or a quiet place to sleep or anything else to make your stay really very comfortable. I've had better sleep camping!
