Beach chairs, bicycles, and kayaks/canoes are also available for guest use. Please note that there is a minimum stay of 2 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 1 PM and must check-out by 11 AM.

Summary: This lovely & bright Sea Coral Studio is 400 sq ft. with a Queen bed and 1 bathroom. Located on the end with a yard next to it. A popular travel site favorite for on-line guests. Great for pet guests. The deck is very relaxing after a busy day at the beach. This bungalow is not handicap access. Please see bungalow 2 for handicap access accommodations.
The Space: Welcome to our peaceful and tranquil hotel located in North Hutchison Island, Florida. Our charming establishment offers 14 units, ensuring an intimate and relaxing atmosphere for our guests.
