Please note that there is a minimum stay of 3 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 3 PM and must check-out by 10 AM.

Shake off the city rush and relax in this stunning home with spacious interior as well as outdoor living areas. Smell the salt air while relaxing on the second story balcony. This home is professionally decorated inside and out. Proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping is a bonus.

There is a 8 guest maximum for this property. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Children are also welcome.

Sorry, party animals. Events are strictly prohibited at this property. Smoking is not allowed.

Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).
Check out before 10:00 AM.
Children allowed: ages 0-17. Each child is counted regardless of age in total.
6 allowed to stay. All Children counted any age. All must be registered at time of booking or $100 a person charged or be asked to leave W/O refund. Cleanup your pets poop. Bags and a scoop provided. No dog over 20lbs without permission. You will be asked to leave and no refund will be paid. Checkout- by 10am place used linens towels bath mats in kitchen. Turn dishwasher on. Thermostat put on 75* and lockup key in lockbox.
