This well designed 2 bedroom home is a retreat from the world but not too far from town and beaches.
Explore beautiful Bermagui just a short drive away or stroll down the road for a visit to Mudworks Pottery and Cafe.
Open plan living and dining areas flow out to the large covered deck with Bbq and outdoor setting.
Relax on the front verandah overlooking the garden and the pond filled with goldfish.
Please Note This Property is Not Suitable for Children's Due to the Unfenced Pond and Large Unfenced Dam
All Linen is provided although you may want to bring your favourite beach towel.
Large fenced yard offers plenty of space for your pet to roam around fence is about 1.5 m high. Pets outside only. Limit of One dog unless by prior written arrangement. Pets inside upon request. The holiday occupancy may be cancelled immediately without refund if dogs are inside (unauthorised) or there are noise complaints.
Room to park one small boat.
No fishing groups.

Sleeps 4 with a queen bed in the mezzanine style main bedroom upstairs and 1 queen bed in the 2nd bedroom downstairs.
