Only 4.2 Miles to the beach. Use of kitchen and often muffins in the morning. Owner has own private bedroom and bath. Guests have their own bathroom in the hallway outside of their room. Many good restaurants. House is on a quiet dead end street. Short drive to Mystic and other CT. attractions. Second bedroom with a queen bed may be possible.
