  Adequate for one night stay

  The hotel room was ok for a one night stay. The room appeared to be half cleaned, beds were clean but the floors seemed to be forgotten. There was old dog food under the beds and in the corners, which our puppy immediately found. The bathroom was in need of cleaning, as the walls and tub had long black dark hair all over. The stone area outside was ok, however, bad dog owners didn't pick up their dogs poop.

  Decent value

  Hotel location fairly easy access to I-40. Good size room and clean. Quiet except for the person they put directly above us (though low occupancy) floor screamed every step they took. Did look to be updated interior. If I ever have reason to visit Holbrook again, I would stay here.

  A convenient stop

  We stayed at the GreenTree Inn with our 50 lb dog while on a cross-country road trip. The rooms were clean, and the hotel is super convenient to the highway. The only reason for holding back on 5 bones is that the areas where you can take your dog out are gravely and with litter and broken glass. So just be careful; otherwise, a nice stop and good value.

  Front desk lady was very nice, pet fee was economical, the room was great for the price, and we would definitely stay here again on our way through Holbrook, AZ. It was a good deal for sure!

  Great place to crash

  Behind the hotel is a walking path for the dogs. Did have a good amount of trash but plenty of room for our dog to run around and play fetch. Asked for a room in a quiet corner and the hotel delivered. Everyone slept well.

  Great room, great price

  You could tell it's been newly renovated. It was clean, smelled good, and the beds were great. From the outside you might not expect much, but I would say 'try it' and be surprised! The breakfast was just enough before we hit the road again. We would stay here again. Thanks, Greentree!

  Clean, convenient place to stay on our road trip. There weren’t many green areas in the vicinity, but other than that, a good value and comfortable room!

  Good place to stay overnight

  No complaints. Room was clean and the toiletries smell so good! The bathroom door didn’t latch which was not a huge deal (looks like it was recently installed). Other than that, everything was good. We’d stay here again for sure.

  Clean, friendly, quiet

  Got a good night's sleep. Would like to see a nice designated dog area. We were on the side opposite the office. A nice walkway to the next door restaurant from the rooms would be a nice addition. We had to either walk way around the parking lot or walk over large rocks that were a bit wobbly. Not senior friendly.

  Great spot for an overnight

  We stayed in a king suite on our trip across country. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Pillows were a little uncomfortable. The pets loved the room. The breakfast was nothing special but it gave us the energy to start the next leg of our journey.

  Clean new rooms; kitchenette has freezer for 10 lb bag of ice; nice helpful staff; restaurant on site and Asian restaurant that delivers. Excellent stay at a great price!

  Room was clean but only had a square pad with rocks for dog relief area, which isn’t ideal. We googled and found a community park about 3 miles away.

  Great location near Petrified Forest National Park and food options in town. Very clean and the staff were very friendly.

  Room was clean and nicely updated. Complimentary breakfast didn't have any hot food. Little path behind the hotel was nice for walking the dogs. Would definitely stay again given the price.
