The condo has air conditioning, internet, laundry room, swimming pool and an outdoor patio that Fido will enjoy. Linens are provided. Beach towels and chairs are also available for guest use. Please note that there is a minimum stay of 4 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 4 PM and must check-out by 12 PM.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Open the full glass panel wall to refreshing breezes and 180 degree view of marina, jungle and mountains. Not a car in sight as you walk the paseo de la marina from the front door past several charming waterfront cafés and a couple blocks down to a beautiful wide sandy beach Enjoy usual beach activities and or rent paddle boards, kayaks or hydrofoil for daring adventurers.
Condo was completely renovated in 2022. To include new kitchen appliances with filtered water to the cold tap and refrigerator for ice and water dispenser. New A/C units. Updated bathrooms and comfy furniture throughout to provide a relaxing and comfortable stay. Master bedroom has king bed, guest room maybe configured as king or 2 twins.
